As you could already see, every time you refresh
a message list, Trigger Events takes the last
position in the Task Queue. It is a process that
checks if messages comply with Spam Detector,
Events and Global Events (and Filter Lists if
'Apply the
Filter List actions to new messages on Refresh
List' option is disabled) conditions. If a
message comply with any, then an action will be
executed.
Event is a rule set that defines when an action
must be executed, and an action is a something
that applies to email messages that comply with
event rules. Use Events when you need something
beyond of Filter lists. For example, if you wish
to be notified of special message arriving.
